Paburo Pots

By purchasing products or booking a workshop, you agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

Workshops take place in a farm environment and may involve:

• Uneven ground

• Outdoor elements

• Tools and equipment

• Exposure to clay, dust, and heat

Participants assume all risks associated with attendance.

Paburo Pots shall not be liable for minor injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage occurring on site, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

2. Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant who:

• Disrupts the workshop

• Acts inappropriately

• Disrespects staff, property, or other participants

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

3. Intellectual Property

All workshop formats, designs, content, branding, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of Paburo Pots.

Unauthorized reproduction, filming for commercial purposes, or resale of designs is prohibited without written consent.
