Paburo Pots
All products and workshop bookings are subject to the following terms.
1. Handcrafted Products (Ceramics & Wares)
All Paburo Pots items are handmade. Variations in glaze, tone, texture, size, weight, and form are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
-
Aesthetic preference
-
Minor variations in color or finish
-
Natural kiln marks, glaze pooling, or surface irregularities
These characteristics are part of the design and process.
Damaged Upon Arrival
If an item arrives physically broken due to shipping, you must:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of:
-
The damaged item
-
The interior packaging
-
The exterior shipping box
-

Include your order number
Failure to provide complete documentation within 24 hours voids eligibility for assessment.
Approved claims may be resolved through:

Replacement (if available), or
-
Store credit at our discretion
Refunds to original payment method are not guaranteed and remain at our sole discretion.
We are not responsible for:

Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

Items left unattended outdoors

Courier delays
2. Workshops & Experiences
Workshop slots are limited and prepared in advance. Materials, food, staffing, and kiln schedules are allocated based on confirmed bookings.
All Workshop Bookings Are Non-Refundable.
This includes:

Cancellations
-
Scheduling conflicts
-
Illness
-
Travel issues
-
Late arrival
-
No-shows
We do not offer refunds, credits, or rescheduling.
Slots are non-transferable unless approved in writing at least 72 hours prior to the workshop.
Late Arrivals
Workshops begin at the scheduled time. Late participants may join quietly but:

No recap will be provided
-
No extension will be granted
-
No refund or compensation will be issued
3. Fired Pieces (Workshop Outputs)
Workshop pieces require drying, firing, and glazing.

Completion timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

We are not liable for kiln-related breakage, cracking, or glaze variation.
Ceramic breakage during firing is a natural risk of the medium and does not qualify for refund or compensation.
Unclaimed finished pieces beyond 60 days may be disposed of at our discretion.
