What It Is

A dining experience where craft is served to you.

From the ceramics to the food, each piece is made by hand and prepared with care.

A Table We Built

The Supper Club grew out of wanting to cook the food we genuinely love, the way we wanted to serve it, on a table that felt like ours.

A Composed Menu

The menu changes with the season. Each rotation built around a specific cuisine or theme, composed and refined without losing what made the food good in the first place.

Ceramics as the Vessel

Every course is served on pieces made in the studio, where the food finally meets the plates it was always meant for.

At The Table

This season's menu draws from Filipino dishes we grew up eating, each one composed and plated with the same intention we bring to the studio. Five courses, served as one continuous meal.
  • Kwek-Kwek

A playful start, crisp and a little nostalgic, meant to ease everyone into the table.

  • Pandesal & Aligue

Warm and unfussy, the kind of course that needs no introduction.

  • Kinilaw

Bright and citrus-forward, built to wake up the palate before the rest of the meal arrives.

  • Pork Inasal

The center of the table, rich and smoky, carved and shared as the meal settles in.

  • Tinapa Rice

Smoky and familiar, served alongside the main as its quiet counterpart.

  • Gabi Keso Pinipig

A quiet ending, creamy and lightly sweet, closing the table the way it opened.
