Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timelines depend on third-party courier services and are outside our control.

Once an order has been handed to the courier:

• Risk transfers to the customer

• We are not liable for delays, mishandling, or loss caused by courier services

We package items securely. Insurance claims (if applicable) are handled at our discretion.
