Frequently asked questions

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How are pieces packaged for delivery?

Our packaging process

All pieces are packed in corrugated cardboard boxes and cushioned carefully before dispatch.

Nearby deliveries are to be handled by Lalamove (shouldered by the buyer), we use kraft shredded paper — secure, minimal, and appropriate for short distances.

Long-distance shipments are handled by J&T (shipping fee to be charged upon checkout), pieces are fully wrapped with protective bubble wrap to ensure they arrive safely.

Can I visit the studio?

Visits are by arrangement only. Capati Farm is an active working space and family home, so we don’t accommodate walk-ins. If you’re interested in visiting, workshops are the best way to experience the studio.

Where are you located?

Paburo Pots is based at Capati Farm in San Jose, Batangas. Exact directions are shared upon confirmed bookings or scheduled visits.

Is pottery experience required?

No prior experience is needed. Workshops are designed for beginners and those curious about working with clay for the first time.

How long is the workshop?

About five hours including lunch and merienda.

Do you take custom commissions?

Select commissions are considered, depending on timing and alignment with the studio’s current focus. You may reach out via email with details.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently we only do shipments limited to the Philippines. Though we will definitely expand globally down the line.
