The Paburo Experience

Spend a day outside Manila shaping clay, sharing a curated lunch, and stepping away from the pace of the city.

Held in our working studio at San Jose, Batangas in the Capati Farm. The workshop focuses on process, rhythm, and learning through doing.

No prior experience is required.

Limited Design

Small groups keep the work focused and personal, with guided pottery instruction and all clay, tools, and firing included.

Farm Studio

Set within our family farm in San Jose, Batangas, the workshop takes place in a quiet working studio surrounded by greenery, open air, and the slower rhythm of the countryside.

The Table

Coffee and welcome snacks on arrival, a curated farm lunch served family-style, afternoon drinks, and a handmade Paburo sake cup to take home.

12:30 PM

Afternoon Pottery Session

A focused return to your pieces. Final refinements, smoothing, and structural adjustments before signing your work.

1:30 PM

Wind-down & Closing

Merienda, conversation, and a gentle close to the day. An opportunity to shop at our store. Final notes on pickup and what comes next.

“A restorative day shaping clay, sharing a thoughtful meal, and stepping away from the pace of the city.”

The Table

Food is part of the work of hosting.

A curated lunch is prepared on-site and served family-style, not as an add-on, but as an extension of the workshop itself.

Dishes are cooked with the same care given to the rest of the workshop: simple, seasonal, and thoughtfully composed using ingredients we trust and genuinely enjoy serving in our own home.
